Consumable type items and supplies used for the tea ceremony.
e.g.
Kaishi: Mini paper napkins used for miscellaneous purposes.
- to put the Wagashi (Japanese confectionery) on instead of a dish.
- to wipe the rim of the Chawan after drinking tea.
Yoji: Plastic or stainless forks to eat Wagashi (Japanese confectionery).
Chakin: Small rectangular white linen or hemp cloth mainly used to wipe the Chawan.
Zansai-ire: Collapsible boxes used for carrying home leftovers (uneaten Wagashi confectionery or Kaiseki meal) or fish bones from the tea ceremony.
